Why is there no network connection on my Polycom VVX 250?

The system gives a “DHCP failed” warning when fully booted, and sometimes (not always) the boot process gives the message “Failed to get boot parameters via DHCP”. The phone gets NO IP address at all, and even when assigned one on the phone and given a reservation on the DHCP server, there is no network connection on the phone.

What is the resolution of this device is using a DHCP IP address?

Where does Sophos XG get its DHCP from?

Currently, the phones are getting DHCP IPs form the Data VLAN and not the scope for the Voice VLAN. Sophos XG as Gateway/Layer 3 device. The goal is a setup in which the computers use the pc port on the phone and get DHCP from the data VLAN while the phones get DHCP from the VoIP scope.
